Our exclusive treatments are scheduled with Tijan by appointment only, this means they are highly sought after and in turn we adhere to a strict booking schedule. Please view our concise policy points below.
All appointments are to be confirmed in under 48 hours from time of booking. Leaving an appointment unconfirmed means the time slot is still available and will be offered to other clients.
Our cancellation and rescheduling window is 48 hours, amendments under this time will incur a fee. No show's forfeit the entire appointment fee.
New appointments, rescheduling and cancellation text messages/DM's are not accepted. If you need to amend your appointment you must do so via the FRESHA app, or through your original booking link received via text. Calls to the work phone during business hours to create, or amend appointments will be accepted. Our 48 hour policy will be applicable.
Appointments have a 3x rescheduling limit. Consecutive reschedules affect the calendar as we automatically start to assume your appointment is likely to be moved. It reflects unreliability and we will consider if this is a client we want to work with.
Clients whom are continuously late to confirm their appointments will either need to forfeit their consecutive spot, or pre-pay a treatment deposit.
